Rimowa suitcases use high-end TSA locks (TSA006 or TSA007). If you are locked out of your Rimowa, do NOT pry it open with a screwdriver! You will damage an expensive case.
Steps to Unlock Rimowa:
- Hold the release lever in the “Open” position (if possible).
- Rotate the dials while holding the lever.
- When you feel the lever go deeper or click, you found the right number.
- Repeat for all 3 numbers.
I forgot the code for my TSA006 lock, what should I do?
TSA006 locks (often found on hard-shell cases like older Rimowa) can be decoded using a thin feeler tool. Insert the tool next to the dials to find the flat spots, align them, and usually shift the combination by 3 numbers to unlock.
How do I reset the combination on a TSA006 lock?
Many TSA006 locks have a reset lever located on the back of the lock (inside the suitcase).

Will a TSA007 key open a TSA006 lock?
